2nd t-shirt. I walked for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. 1 mile was 5 laps around the ball fields warming track. I hope next year I can do the 3-mile around the stadium.146 T-shirts chronicles my journey to participate in one walk or run for every pound I've lost (or intend to lose) and receive a participant t-shirt. I will probably will also do walks/runs and other events that don't have a t-shirt but they won't count in the total. This is not so much a blog about weight loss, it's about setting a hard to achieve goal and pushing oneself to do it.
